Megan Mullally was one of the nation's richest and most famous television actresses. Her birthplace was in Los Angeles, California on the 12th of November, 1958. The actress was on the Adult Swim show Children's Hospital together with MalinAkerman. Megan Mullally (born November 12 1958) is an American actress, comedian, and performer. She was Karen Walker, a character in the NBC show Will & Grace from 1998-2006 and from 2017-2021. For her role in the sitcom, she's received 8 Primetime Emmy Award nods in Outstanding Female Supporting Actress in the field of a Comedy Series. The character she played also garnered her nominations to a variety of other awards, such as seven consecutive Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Actress Female on an NBC Comedy Series. She won three times between 2001 to 2002. Mullally's early acting roles included an appearance in a McDonald's commercial with John Goodman. Her series debut was in The Ellen Burstyn Show in 1986. The shows she guest-starred on were the shows Seinfeld, Frasier and Wings Ned & Stacey Mad About You Caroline - on The City 3rd Rock from the Sun and, of course, Just Shoot Me! She was a principal character on a fifth-season episode of Murder She Wrote's Miner Slaughter. The actress recalls how I had not been working in a long time when I was stressed because I did not know the best way to pay for rent. So I get a call one day from my agent that I had been an offer to guest-star in a role, and it paid $5,000. My agent called me one day and said that I had been offered an opportunity to play a guest. Mullally relocated to her father's hometown of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of six. Her family heritage includes English Irish and Scandinavian. She began ballet at the age of six and performed at the Oklahoma City Ballet during high school. She was also enrolled in the School of American Ballet in New York City.
